TMJ will teach you to understand the triggers that cause you to turn to the comfort of your particular addiction, and how to replace your negative behaviour patterns with positive mindset and effective coping strategies.

We offer daily live coaching sessions, so you can ask your questions to Geoff directly. These daily check-in sessions, held at 6am each morning, help to set you up for the day and ensure you’re primed and motivated for the day ahead.
