3 weeks focused effort 
1 week cruise control

That's the best rhythm for longevity when it comes to weight loss. Mindset for life is always the same and a daily practice but this periodisation is brilliant for food

Repeat

This is a smart operating system. Provides structure without burn out 

Then, every 6 months based on the cumulative results people achieve from each 21 DTC I will announce a grand champion

2 every year. 

This provides accountability both in the short and medium term and a system to achieve long term success
