You're either pregnant or you're not.
You can't be half pregnant. It's the same with integrity and authenticity. It's not a tap you turn on and off when it suits you.
It's all or none all of the time and this is why so many struggle to find happiness and peace, irrespective of financial success (myself included for many years). Don't be like me and fuck it all up before you see the truth.
Rediscover your reason, your why, and pursue it with the tenacity and focus it deserves. Don't compromise yourself for financial gain it will eat your soul.
Stay present in the process to prevent overwhelm. Get clear on who your highest and best self is. If you want some help working it out, come join Thejowettmethod.com. This is what we do everyday.

60% of people are obese. We have an obesity epidemic happening right now and it’s obvious that we need a change.
Maybe you’re struggling with your weight a little bit right now.
Does this sound familiar?
You wake up one day and you zero in on the idea of losing some of your weight. You start that new diet or that new workout program and it all goes well for a while.
You lose a bit of the weight.
Then something sets you back. Maybe you injure yourself during a workout. Or life gets on top of you and you binge eat.
And what happens?
You don’t reset and keep moving forward.
You drop the diet or the workout program. Why bother now that you’ve made that one mistake.
Then the weight comes back and you’re right back where you started.
Then, you do it all over again.
It’s this vicious cycle of losing and gaining weight that’s leaving you feeling unhappy and unfulfilled.
THANK YOU RHYS. I've absolutely loved traveling around connecting with so many quality people this past week. Very grateful.
Had the absolute honour of hearing from Geoff Jowett this morning at the annual McGrath KickStart event.
A man with such an amazing story and message around ego, humility and truly serving people in your career and life.
Hope to see more of you in the McGrath network in the future @thegeoffjowett, thank you mate.

You’ve made the decision to change.
It might be a monumental change that will steer your life in a brand new a direction. Or, it might be a small change that will make you just that little bit happier.
The key is that you’ve made the decision!
And that’s something to be proud of.
Pride is a huge tool in your weight loss journey. Feeling proud of what you’ve achieved keeps you present and gives you the motivation that you need to keep pushing.
I want to talk about taking pride in your achievements for a little bit. We seem to reserve pride for those huge moments in our lives.
But that means we’re not using this super powerful tool as much as we should!
Whatever your weight loss, life, or business goals are, I want you to look back on your journey and feel pride about how far you’ve come.
You may not have reached the end goal just yet. You may have even just started your...
This is the formula.
I actually incorporate the @melrobbinslive 54321 technique and in the countdown I focus on my reason and process.
Your reason or burning platform is the thing that lights you up. The thing that burns bright deep inside and it must be bigger than you or shiny things. It must be purpose driven.
Mine is my animal rescue farm / retreat and saving more animals. The mission "HEAL HUMANS, SAVE ANIMALS". That's me.
Create an environment where humans can come and heal through the love and connection of animals and in turn save abandoned animals from a terrible fate.
What's yours? You need to drill into that everyday you don't feel like engaging.
You’ve probably seen me sharing her TED Talk on my Facebook channel too.
Brené taps into a lot of what we believe at The Jowett Method. And recently, I came across something else of hers that’s inspired me even more.
It’s called the Ten Guideposts for Wholehearted Living and it’s in her book Daring Greatly.
Here they are:
"Present in the process prevents overwhelm". This is one of my key mindset strategies I coach for Weightloss, business and life.
You don't get overwhelmed when present in process, but rather when you obsess about the result. This is why so many people can't lose the last 3kg. They switch from process focus to outcome obsessed and they self sabotage.
You must stay in process. 90% process and 10% outcome. When you use the GPS in your car you don't stare at it the entire way. You set the target or goal and then come back to process. Ie watching the road and steering the car.
Goals are great, but not if you live in outcome. Nothing gets done and you live in overwhelm.

And I think that it’s because of the masks that we put on.
We’re all so concerned with coming off as strong and powerful that we’re hiding. We don’t let people see us at our most vulnerable, which means we forget how to be vulnerable.
It’s this idea that the mask, the armour, that we wear makes us strong.
But it doesn’t.
I found that taking the mask off and being open about the things I struggle with gave me more strength than ever before.
And it’s only when I took that mask off that my weight, life, and relationships started improving.
When we convey fake strength, we are weak. And when we can show our weakness, we are strong.
Accepting your vulnerability is what’s going to help you to avoid the binge eating, the...
Just spent 3 hours working with Apple tech support solving a challenge. Started in Australia (I think) and ended up in Idaho.
And we are still not quite there. and that's ok.
The old Geoffro would have blown a fuse after 20 minutes to the tune of "Fuck, why is this so hard. They put a man on the moon, why can't we fix this. Blah blah blah". What a terrible story.
With every challenge and obstacle comes a chance to learn. I just learnt a shit load about the FB app and how it integrates with iPhone and a ton of new Intel.
If we change the lens everything is a growth opportunity and chance to upskill.
Focus on the process not the outcome. When we obsess about outcome we can't handle the daily curve balls and never see the gift in the challenge.
