A few years ago, I’d hit rock bottom. Everything was going wrong for me and I couldn’t find a way out.
I’d over complicated my life and I found myself chasing goals that weren’t ever going to fulfil me.
My mindset was all wrong.
I wasn’t doing the things that made me happy. Instead, I kept chasing the almighty dollar, no matter how miserable I was making myself in the process.
Even when my business was doing well, my life wasn’t.
Mentally, I hit rock bottom. I burned out and struggled to find any sense of purpose.
Maybe that sounds familiar to you. Perhaps whatever goals you’ve set for yourself aren’t actually helping you to achieve happiness. Or, your mindset is such that even thinking about reaching your goals makes you anxious.

I managed to pull myself out of the darkness by just taking things back to basics.
I asked myself three questions:
For me, finding the answers to those questions was the key to finding my happiness.
I soon realised that it wasn’t about the money or any of that stuff.
The key for me lay in using my knowledge and experience to help other people change their mindsets and achieves their weight loss goals.
I just had to change my mindset first.
I’m not going to claim that it was an easy task. This wasn’t a magic realisation that made everything fine again.
But it got me thinking and it got me moving. And with the help of an awesome community of people, I’m happier and healthier than I’ve ever been.
I started writing and speaking again. Slowly but surely, my life started to work.
I stopped focusing on building companies and instead poured my energy into building a community
It’s all about getting back to basics. Only then can you move forward,
